Congratulations to Sheridan students for their success at the 2021 CyberSCI security challenge.

On January 23rd, Toronto area post secondary students gathered (virtually) to compete in the 4th annual cyber breach simulation.

Congratulations to two Sheridan teams for their impressive success at CyberSCI. Minh Glang, Nashad Hakim, Cem Celen and Kyle Doucette placed 2nd with their solution ‘RAID Against the Machine’, and Shiva Kaushal, Robin Lansiquot, Ibrahim Girowal and Besher Oubari successfully placed 3rd with ‘Bits Please.’

The CyberSCI security challenge is a series of competitions for post secondary students in technology and security. These types of competitions tend to attract high calibre competitors who move on to fill our Nation’s growing need for skilled and knowledgeable cybersecurity professionals.
