On January 5, the School of Applied Computing hosted its annual capstone competition at Sheridan’s Trafalgar Campus in the Presidential Boardroom, where students from the Information Systems Engineering (ISE) course presented their capstone projects to a panel of judges.

“The capstone competition displayed a high caliber of work and showcased the students’ creativity and tenacity,” said Elizabeth Dancy, professor from the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology. “We are tremendously proud of all the finalists.”

“Congratulations to the contestants and all our graduates on their exemplary work,” said the ISE Capstone Team including Elizabeth Dancy, Rich Smith and Walid Belal. “It was a very difficult task to choose the finalist teams for the competition among so many great projects, and it was even more difficult to rank the finalists. We truly believe that the dedication and excellence you showed in your project is a strong indication of a fulfilling and successful future that awaits you.”
