Mobile Computing delivers a Virtual Site Visit to the Post Secondary Education Quality Assessment Board

In May 2020, Sheridan’s Honours Bachelor of Computer Science (Mobile Computing) program engaged in a 2-day fully virtual site visit as part of the Ministerial Consent process. This was Sheridan’s first site visit hosted entirely in a virtual format.

Special thanks to everyone who was involved in supporting these efforts including stakeholders from several areas across the College, industry representatives, faculty, students, graduates and members of the external panel.

Virtual engagement can be challenging, and the program and members of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) program review team rose to the occasion with poise and enthusiasm, fostering dynamic engagement and positive energies. Thank you to the members of our Sheridan community who contributed to making this virtual site visit a success, and congratulations to the Mobile and CTL teams on a very successful virtual site visit!
