But before that\, it’s Capture the Flag (CTF) time! \nWe are proud to announce our annual CTF this year will take place on March 5th to March 6th! In addition\, we have sponsor workshops running from February 28th to March 4th\, which include the following CTF sponsors: Lares Consulting\, Bell\, Deloitte\, KPMG\, Mandiant\, Trend Micro\, and Sinn Development! \nHow does it work? If you’re a Canadian post-secondary student\, you can register over at https://ctf.issessions.ca/! Teams can comprise of up to 4 people\, and there is no limit on the number of teams a school can send. Make sure to use your student email! His work includes governance\, risk and compliance engagements\, incident response (or “breach coaching) and litigation that involves both defending organizations and litigating to recover stolen data. \nStories from a Breach Coach \nDan will give a first hand account of the real workings of incident response from the perspective of a lawyer and breach coach who is engaged regularly to respond to ransomware incidents\, business e-mail compromises and other security and privacy problems.  We’ll go from T=0\, through to threat actor dealings\, recovery and data analysis challenges and on to closing the file and moving on. \nCheck us out and tune in to our virtual meetings on Discord or YouTube
